Refund Policy

1. Credits

Credits purchased on Image Nano are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. Once credits are used to generate images, they cannot be refunded.

2. Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

• No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused service.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription through your account settings.

3. Exceptions

If you believe you have been charged in error or if there are exceptional circumstances (e.g., technical issues preventing service use), please contact our support team at keikeizhang540623@gmail.com. We review such requests on a case-by-case basis.
